Each dashboard figure has one name

A figure on your dashboard now reads the same wherever you meet it: on its card, in the popover that explains it, and as the heading of the page the card opens.

Vendors see “Customer retention rate”, “CSAT” and “Customers at renewal risk” on the cards that used to say “Customer retention”, “Customer experience driving retention” and “Customer health and churn risk”. The Active Service Revenue and Revenue at Risk pages carry those exact names. On the CSAT card, the revenue with a failing score reads “Revenue with failing CSAT”. In the sidebar, Customers is now Top customers.

CSMs see “Portfolio” and “Accounts at risk of missing go live”, which read correctly whether you are looking at your own accounts or all of them. The sidebar entry for your overview reads “Go live control”.

SDMs see “Leads in the area”, “Average bid price” and “Service revenue”. The value of demand no expert can cover is now “Uncovered demand value”, so it can’t be mistaken for a vendor’s Revenue at Risk. The sidebar entry for your overview reads “Go live readiness”.

Every card’s link at the foot now reads See the breakdown, and the link in a figure’s popover reads Read the definition.
