The prompt editor in the staff console keeps every version of a file ever published, and that history only grows. Until now the screen loaded and listed all of it on every visit, which would have slowed the editor down exactly as prompt tuning became a daily habit.

The history is now shown one page of 50 versions at a time, newest first, with Previous and Next links to reach the rest. The card says which versions are on screen (“Showing versions 1–50 of 123”) so a page is never mistaken for the whole history, and where the history fits on one page it still says it is showing every version.

Nothing has become harder to reach. Every version is still there, any of them can still be compared with the live one or restored from whichever page it sits on, and the live version is always named, even after a rollback has put it on an older page.
