Clearing an empty list keeps your page size, and the people list stays cleared

When a search or filter leaves a list with nothing to show, its Clear search or Clear filters button now works the same way as clearing from the toolbar:

• Your page size stays. If you chose 50 rows per page, the cleared list still shows 50.
• Your view stays. A tab such as Quotes in Finances, or the segment you picked on Projects, is kept.
• The people list stays cleared. The people list remembers your search, filters and segment between visits. Clearing from the empty state now clears what it remembers too, so the next time you open it you see everyone in All, not the filters you just cleared.
