Staff can now set up and correct a workspace’s catalogue straight from the tenant’s page in the console: its services, its products, and the industries it works in — created, renamed, described, deactivated or archived without walking a customer through their own settings screens first. A product can also be linked to the services it offers, and unlinked again, from the same place.

Every change goes through the workspace’s own catalogue rules, so nothing the console writes could not have been typed into the customer’s settings: duplicate names are refused the same way, an entry something else still points at cannot be archived, and a product can only be linked to a service belonging to the same workspace. Each edit is recorded on the console’s activity trail with who made it and what moved.

Each of the three lists pages independently, so a large catalogue stays fully reachable rather than being cut off at the first page.
