Your work queue now shows the leads that need you

The work queue on your go-live workbench now lists your real active leads that need attention, instead of sample rows:

• Each row shows the customer, the stage, what’s blocking it and who needs to act, how overdue it is, how many times it has been escalated, the managing CSM and the lead’s value.
• The “what needs my action now” counters — overdue, escalated, due today and customers waiting — are worked out from the same list, so the numbers always match the rows you can see and filter.
• Leads going live this week are flagged so you know what to prioritise.

When a lead has nothing blocking it and no deadline pressure, it stays out of the queue, so the list only ever shows the work that genuinely needs you.
