Retired setup checklist storage removed

Go-live readiness on the admin dashboard is worked out from each workspace’s real configuration. The hand-ticked setup checklist it replaced, and the two settings that recorded whether escalation was switched on by default and whether pricing rules were set, were already gone from the product.

Their stored data stayed behind. It is now deleted: the setup checklist’s saved steps, and every saved value of those two settings, in every workspace. Nothing in the product read them, so nothing an admin sees changes.

The deletion cannot be undone from the product. Restoring the data would need a database backup.
