The console already kept a tenant’s subscription tier, configuration, SLA timers, roles, catalogue and assistant switch on staff-only cards. The activity trail did not follow suit. A partner opening Activity could read each of those changes in full, including the reason a staff member gave for moving a tenant’s tier or for turning its assistant off.

Partners now see the trail entries for what they can already see elsewhere in the console: a tenant being created, suspended, reactivated, deleted or recovered, and the people on it being invited, removed or given a new role. The same rule covers the dashboard’s recent-activity feed and the notification centre. Existing entries are hidden too, with nothing to migrate.

Sustentus staff see every entry, exactly as before.
