Demo requests and expert skills match their service

When the demo tenant’s services took their standard names, the requests kept their old wording. Requests under Compliance review described automation and routing builds, and a SOC 2 permissions review sat under Ongoing optimisation.

The demo data now matches each request to its service:

  • Requests under Compliance review are reviews of a customer’s existing process: consent, data retention, access and audit trails. For example, Aldermoor’s request is now a compliance review of its renewal reminders.
  • Requests under Ongoing optimisation are one-off tune-ups of a live Orrery CRM. Talwind’s request is now about tidying permissions and pipelines after a reorganisation.
  • The skill Admin & Governance is now Security & Compliance, the main skill for Compliance review. Reporting & Dashboards is now Custom Objects & Dashboards. Automation Design no longer counts towards Compliance review, so expert matching ranks compliance requests on compliance skills.
  • Margot Duval’s specialism is now Security & Compliance Consultant.

Every request keeps its service, value, expert and dates, and completed projects keep their titles, so the Command Centre, Forecast Service Revenue and expert figures do not change.

The demo tenant is reset every night, so the new wording appears the morning after this change ships.
