The demo tenant tells its story in pounds
The demo tenant showed a world that had drifted from the one reviewed for the walkthrough: figures in euros, forty-two records nobody had signed off, and two experts who were no longer part of the story. The dashboard’s pipeline cards also showed 90% of each record’s value, so a card and the quote behind it disagreed.
The demo tenant now presents the reviewed world, in pounds sterling.
What is in it
- Twenty-five service records across every stage of the journey, plus two qualified-out requirements so that column is never empty — £1,049k of current services work.
- Six delivery experts. Marcus Lindner (security and compliance) and Anouk De Jong (workflow, Dutch and French) join; their languages and every other expert’s cover each account they work with, so matching never excludes the expert a record names.
- Ten customer accounts carrying £3,140k of licence ARR between them. Thornhill Utilities is the one account at risk, and Revenue at Risk opens on its blocked grid-monitoring project.
- Thirty-six completed projects behind the current work, unchanged in value and satisfaction, now in pounds.
What adds up
- Every seat reports in pounds, and every quote and invoice is priced in pounds, so no screen sets part of the world aside as “another currency”.
- Each pipeline card shows its record’s value, and each column total is the sum of its cards.
- Every record keeps the same LEAD number across resets. LEAD-026 is always Havenbrook’s store replenishment lead — the one the guided demo follows.
The quotes list also shows each quote in its own currency, where it used to print every amount in euros.
