The console and the agent say what failed and how to get back

Before this change, a failure or a bad address in the tenant console or the agent showed a blank default page with nothing to do next. Both apps now have their own pages for these cases.

• A page that failed to load says so. Try again loads the page again from the server, not from what your browser already holds. A second button takes you home.
• A reference to quote. When the failure happened on the server, the page shows a short reference. Quote it when you report the problem, and it leads straight to the matching log line.
• A page that does not exist says so and links home. This also covers a link to something that has since been removed: a tenant or prompt in the console, or a request in the agent that was closed or belongs to another account.
