Your assistant conversations are saved
Until now the assistant forgot everything the moment you refreshed. It doesn’t any more.
Your conversations are saved as you go. A list of your recent ones sits alongside the chat — on a narrow screen it opens from the header — and picking one reopens it with everything that was said. Close the tab, switch to your laptop, come back tomorrow: the conversation is where you left it.
Starting and managing conversations
- Send a message and a new conversation starts, named after your opening line.
- Rename one from the list if you’d rather call it something else.
- Delete one and it goes for good, along with everything in it.
Who can see them
Only you. Your conversations are private to your account within your organisation — nobody else at your organisation can read them, and neither can anyone from another. Sustentus staff have no view of them either.
One thing worth knowing: in a very long conversation the assistant keeps the most recent part of it in view rather than the whole thing, so if you return to something you discussed much earlier, it may ask you to remind it.
