The assistant shows you which register is answering

The assistant has always answered differently depending on who you are — a CSM is asked about blockers, a vendor about their funnel — but nothing on screen said so. Now it does.

The whole cast, and which one is yours

A row under the header lists every register the assistant has, each with the one word for what it is for: unblock, analyse, bid, cover. Yours is marked. The others are there so you can see that this is one assistant behaving differently per role rather than a single chat box — they are not buttons yet, and they say so if you hover or tab to one.

Questions written for your role

Above the box where you type, you will find a short row of questions worth asking from where you sit — “What is blocking my accounts?” for a CSM, “Where is the funnel losing the most?” for a vendor. They stay there for the whole conversation rather than disappearing after your first message, because the second question is usually the one worth prompting. Tapping one sends it as an ordinary message.

The placeholder and the line under the box are yours too, and they say something useful about how to read the answers — that a bid pool belongs to nobody until a proposal is accepted, or that every figure carries the definition it was computed under.

Answers say who wrote them

Each reply is now headed by the assistant’s name, the lens it answered through, and the time. It is a small thing that makes a long conversation much easier to scan.

Straight through to the screens

The header carries a Conversation / Screens control. Screens opens the classic Sustentus platform in a new tab, at the dashboard for your role, so moving between asking and doing is one click rather than a hunt through bookmarks.

Sustentus staff can change the questions, the placeholder, the footer line and the name answers are signed with without a release, so this copy will keep getting sharper.
