Invoice notifications open the invoice

An invoice email’s Open invoice button named one invoice but took you to the whole request, where you had to find the invoice again. The button, and the same notification in the bell, now open that invoice’s own page.

This covers every invoice notification: raised, approved, rejected, disputed and paid. Experts land on their invoice, customers on the bill they were told about, and the request’s managers on the invoice the notification names. The request to rate the work after the final payment still opens the request.
