Locked sidebar entries tell screen-reader users why

Until you finish onboarding, Bids, Proposals, Projects and Invoices in your sidebar stay locked. On screen they are struck through and dimmed. A screen reader only heard the entry as “dimmed”, with no reason given.

Each locked entry now says so: a screen reader announces it as, for example, “Projects, locked until onboarding is complete”. It reads the same with the sidebar open or collapsed to icons. On screen nothing changes, and once onboarding is complete the entries unlock as before.
