Figure pages keep the period you came from, and stop at the day you picked

Vendors opening a figure page from a KPI definition now always land on the period that definition named — the current quarter, say — even when the link also carries a range the selector does not offer. Before, an unrecognised range quietly replaced the period with the last 30 days.

Reading a figure page as of a past day now counts nothing after that day on a period, as it already did on a range. Before, Revenue at Risk and the Risk column on Active Service Revenue could count signals raised later in the quarter than the day the page said it was showing.
