A workspace’s settings can now be corrected from the console

Until now the console could look after a workspace from the outside — create it, suspend it, manage who belongs to it — but it could not change anything inside it. Every configuration fix had to be made by that workspace’s own administrator, which meant talking someone through a settings screen to correct a value we could already see was wrong. Three settings could not be corrected that way at all: there was no screen anywhere that showed them.

A workspace’s page in the console now has a Configuration section. It carries the same profile the workspace’s own administrators see — display name, legal name, plan, support address, website, timezone, region and fiscal year — and every setting the platform recognises, each with the kind of input it actually takes: a number box for a number, an enabled-or-disabled choice for a switch, and its description and default alongside so it is clear what the value is doing. Renaming a workspace here renames it everywhere. The three settings that had no screen — default currency, whether SLAs count business days only, and the market-signal price band — can be set for the first time.

Only the Sustentus team sees any of this, and only what actually changes is written: a save that alters nothing changes nothing. Every individual change is recorded — who made it, which workspace, which setting, and the new value — so any correction can be traced back afterwards.
