Delivery manager dashboards read only the leads they show

A lead with no product belongs to no coverage pool, so the delivery manager’s demand table, revenue-at-risk card and figure pages have never shown one. They used to fetch every lead in the manager’s area and only then set those leads aside. Now they ask only for leads that have a product, so a workspace with many leads still waiting for a product no longer pays to read them on every load.

Nothing on the pages changes: the same leads, figures and bids appear as before.
