The guided walk rings the lead it follows on the pipeline board

On the demo host, step 2.6 of the guided walk introduces the product onboarding lead the rest of the walk follows. The card was not on the board, so nothing was ringed and the caption had nothing to point at. The walk now brings the card into view in the Completed column and rings it.

The demo’s closed projects used to read as last updated at the moment the demo was reset, which put them ahead of the lead on the board. They now read as last updated on the day they closed, which is also what the leads list and each person’s leads table show for them. The nightly reset applies this to the demo; until then, a reset from Configure › Demo data does.
