See the Command Centre as it stood on an earlier day

Vendors can now read the Live Service Command Centre, and every figure page behind it, as it stood at an earlier moment. Each figure counts only what had happened by then — the leads raised, the quotes accepted, the bills paid and the surveys answered — and the page’s date line says which moment you are looking at. Opening a figure page, coming back, or changing the range keeps you on the same moment.

Pick the day from the date control beside the range, and choose Today to go back. The moment is also part of the page’s address, so a link to a past view of the Command Centre opens that view for anyone who can already see it. A date still to come shows today.

The guided demo uses it. It now opens on the Command Centre as it stood just before Brightline’s request arrived, and ends on today’s, so the last step can point at what moved: revenue past the BRD, Brightline among the top customers, and Brightline’s health now green.
