Customers write their requirements in a conversation with the assistant

Once a customer has raised a request, its next step reads Complete customer conversation. Following it opens a conversation about that request in the Sustentus assistant, and the assistant starts it: it shows the requirement document as it stands, then works through what is missing one question at a time, often with answers the customer can pick with a click. What they say is written into the document as they go, and the customer submits it from the conversation when it reads right. Back to your request takes them back to the request on the platform.

Opening the conversation again, from any tab or on another day, returns to the same one.

Customers, their CSM, their SDM and admins can now read the whole conversation on the request’s Requirements section, beneath the document it produced: every question, the answers given, and when. It is read-only there. Experts see the approved document, not the conversation behind it.

The requirements chat that used to sit on the platform itself has been retired, along with its recorded demo version and its skip button; the conversation now happens in the assistant.
