The platform checks who you are signed in as in one place

Every page, action and request on the platform asks who is signed in — the person, their organisation and their role — before it shows or changes anything. Until now each of them asked our sign-in provider on its own, in close to forty places. They now all ask one place, and a check stops anyone adding a separate one.

Nothing looks or behaves differently today. The change prepares the next step: demo and explore will keep track of the demo seat themselves, so a Sustentus staff member can have console, demo and explore open in separate tabs without one signing the others out.
