The assistant can now sketch what it would take to source an uncovered pool

Where a coverage read shows a pool of demand with no expert available to serve it, the answer now offers to widen the question: ask it to source that pool and it writes the brief the work would need — the product and region, how much live demand is in the pool, what matching would have to look across, and the rules outreach would have to follow.

What it is, and what it is not

The brief is a summary of what already sits behind the coverage read, written down as a starting point. Nothing beyond it happens:

  • No candidate is identified, no profile is swept, and no outreach is initiated.
  • The assistant says so — it is clear that no sourcing engine is connected today, and that the brief is what one would ask for rather than work one has done.

Coverage answers without an uncovered pool offer no sourcing question at all: there is nothing below the line to source.
