Notifications that fail to arrive are now noticed

Sustentus sends notifications the moment something happens to your work — a bid submitted, an invoice approved, a lead escalated. Sending has always been designed not to block the thing that triggered it: if a message cannot go out, the action still completes. That is the right trade, and it has one cost — a message that never arrives leaves no trace where anyone would look.

Every workspace has been able to see its own failed deliveries at Settings → Notification delivery for some time. What was missing was the other view: nobody at Sustentus could see all of them at once, so a fault affecting everybody looked like a handful of unrelated quiet workspaces.

Sustentus staff now have that view. A single expired provider key or a template that stopped rendering shows up as one obvious problem across many workspaces, with an alert the moment it starts, rather than waiting to be reported.

What this means for you

Nothing changes in your workspace, and nothing about your data is shown to anyone who could not already see it — the new view is internal to Sustentus and read-only. What changes is how quickly a delivery problem gets found: in most cases, before you notice it.

Your own record of failed deliveries stays where it was, and still shows the last seven days.
