Bid change requests and revisions now notify the service delivery manager
When a customer asks an expert to change a bid, and again when the expert sends the revision back, the platform tells the people who need to act. Those two notifications no longer go to the customer success manager.
What changed for customer success managers
Two notifications stop arriving: “The customer has asked for changes to a proposal” and “A revised proposal is ready for you”. Both named a bid you could not open — bid review moved to the service delivery manager, and the lead workspace has shown you no Proposals section since. Following either one took you to a page with nothing on it to read.
You have not lost sight of the negotiation. A lead with a change request still open is flagged on your lead board, with the reason on hover, so you can still see which of your leads is waiting on an expert without being sent to a bid that is not yours to decide.
Nothing else about your notifications changes.
What changed for service delivery managers
Nothing to learn. You already received both notifications and you still do — you are simply the only manager on them now, which is worth knowing if you were relying on a colleague to spot one first.
The expert is still told when the customer asks for changes, and the customer is still told when the revision lands.
