Experts hear when their bid is chosen, and managers when a lead moves on

Experts are now told as soon as the SDM chooses their bid, with a link to the bid. The quote then goes to the customer for a decision; you hear again when they accept or reject it.

CSMs and SDMs now get an in-app notice each time one of their leads moves to a new stage, for example “Lead #26 moved to Quote Review”. You are not told about a move you made yourself, and these notices never arrive by email.

Notification settings no longer list “Payout sent”, “Project status changed” or “SLA breach”. The platform never sent those notices, so switching them on or off did nothing. The notifications page no longer offers a “Service levels” filter either.
