Who sees which satisfaction responses now follows the permission, not the role

The satisfaction page decided what to show you from your role. If your role was not one it recognised, it showed you everything in the workspace — so narrowing someone’s access to CSAT had no effect on what they could actually read.

It now reads your permission. Whoever holds satisfaction access at full scope sees the workspace’s responses; whoever holds it at their own scope sees only the responses they are a party to, and anyone without it does not reach the page at all.

What changes for you

  • Vendors see the workspace’s satisfaction responses, in line with the rest of their reporting — the leads board, delivery and invoices already worked this way.
  • Customers can open their own responses, not just see them listed. Answering an outstanding survey is unchanged.
  • Admins can give one person satisfaction access without giving them their whole role’s reach: grant it at their own scope and they will see only the responses naming them, whatever their role. Take the permission away and the page is closed to them.
