When something fails, Sustentus says what failed and what is unchanged
Failure messages across the platform now tell you what happened instead of “Something went wrong”:
- Pages that cannot load — activity, users, a user’s profile, CSAT responses, the pipeline and a bid — say which page could not be loaded and that nothing in it has changed. They offer Try again, which fetches the page again, and show a Reference you can quote to support.
- Saves that fail name what was not saved and what still applies, for example “The SLA for Bidding was not saved — your previous timers still apply.” This covers integrations, SLAs, escalation, commercial settings, the active project cap, role permissions, a user’s permissions, notification settings and workspace actions.
- The integrations list shows a clear alert when it cannot be loaded, so it no longer looks like you have no integrations.
- Your public lead form tells a visitor whose enquiry did not send that their answers are still in the form, and that they can send it again or contact your company directly.
- The demo access page says whether a code could not be sent or could not be checked.
