Customers can answer their own survey even without access to CSAT results

Viewing CSAT results and submitting a survey are now separate on a survey’s own page.

  • Customers who can submit surveys but have had their access to CSAT results removed can still open their own outstanding survey and answer it. Once it is sent, they see a short confirmation instead of an error page.
  • Customers who can view results but can no longer submit surveys see their outstanding survey read-only, instead of a form that would fail when sent.
  • Admins can now remove a customer’s access to CSAT results without stopping them from answering their own surveys.

Nothing changes for customers with the default permissions: they answer an outstanding survey and read it back once it is complete.
