Customers see the same project status on every page, and a loading problem is no longer shown as “no project”

Before a project starts, the customer overview, workspace, activity and messages pages could disagree. A customer with a quote waiting for their decision saw it on the overview and the workspace, but the activity and messages pages said Your request is with your team, as if the next step were someone else’s.

Customers now see the same status on all four pages: the quote waiting for their decision when there is one, the request in progress when there is one, and otherwise No active project yet with Raise a request.

When one of those pages cannot load the customer’s project, it now says We couldn’t load your project — try again and offers a Try again button. It no longer shows “No active project yet” and a Raise a request button to a customer who may well have a project running.
