Every figure on platform setup opens the detail behind it
Platform setup told you that nine of twenty steps were done, or that three checks were still missing, and left you to work out which ones. Now every figure on it opens the detail behind it.
What you can do now
Six figures each open their own page:
- Setup completion — every configured step, complete or outstanding, and when each was finished
- Configuration gaps — all six go-live checks, satisfied or not, with what is missing on each
- SLA coverage — every service stage, and which have a definition written for them
- Connected integrations — everything you could connect, and what is live, failing or unconnected
- Users — everyone holding an account, by role and by whether the seat is in use
- Notification failures — every send that was dropped, on which channel, and to whom
Each page reads the same way. It states the figure and what it counts, lists every item behind it marked in or out so the list adds up to the figure, and shows what changed over the period you select — itemised and dated, rather than a single number that moved.
Where nothing is recorded, the page says so instead of showing you an empty table. Un-completing a setup step or deactivating a person leaves no date behind, so the page tells you that plainly rather than implying nothing happened.
The rest of the cards — service model, commercial settings, automations — state a status rather than a figure, so they take you straight to the settings area they summarise.
Choosing the period
The overview carries one period control and states the moment it was read, in your own business time zone. Most of what platform setup shows is configuration as it stands right now, and those cards say so on their face. Changing the period moves the notification signal and carries through to whichever page you open, where it sets the range the movement is measured over.
