Delivery risks show the money at stake and the next step
The Delivery section of a project now answers the questions people ask when delivery wobbles: what is at risk, who owns it, what happens next and by when.
What changes for you
- Milestone due dates. Every milestone row shows when it is due, beside its owner.
- Blockers name the milestone they put at risk. When you raise a blocker you can pick the milestone it threatens. The blocker then shows that milestone’s amount as the revenue exposed, so everyone reads the same figure the milestone row shows.
- A next action with a due date. You can also give the blocker a next action and a due date. It becomes an urgent action item on the project, shows on the blocker until it is done, and clears the usual way. Both extra fields are optional; a blocker raised without them looks as it always has.
- Customer satisfaction out of 10. The satisfaction card shows the score on the same 1–10 scale the survey asks, with the customer’s written response, the delivery expert it is about and the engagement value.
- Who confirmed delivery. Once the customer acknowledges the final milestone, the Delivery section says who confirmed delivery and when. If a CSM or SDM recorded it for the customer, the line names the customer and who recorded it.
