Overnight follow-ups reach experts even when one lead keeps failing

Each night the platform follows up on leads in the bid pool. It re-runs expert matching that never finished, tells matched experts who were not told, and hands an SDM to leads that have none.

When the matching for a lead failed the same way night after night, it went first every time and could use up the whole night’s time. Matched experts on other leads were then never told before the pool closed.

Now the follow-up always keeps part of its time for telling experts and assigning SDMs. A lead whose matching keeps failing is still retried every night, but after the leads that have failed less, so it never holds the others back.
