Your requirements, read back to you in the assistant

Until now, opening the assistant as a customer got you the general one — it could answer a question about Sustentus, but nothing about the request you had raised.

You now get Project Discovery: an assistant that knows your requests.

What you can ask it

“What does my requirement document say?” It shows the document as a card — one row for each thing the document records, with what is written against it. Anything not yet recorded says so plainly rather than being left off, so the card answers what is still missing as well as what is there, with a count of how much is filled in.

“What is still missing?” It names the gaps that actually matter. Budget and timing are the two an expert prices a bid from, so a gap there usually comes back to you as a question later — the assistant says which gap is worth closing first, and why, rather than listing everything empty.

“Where has my request got to?” It shows the steps of your request’s journey — what is done, where it is now, and what is still ahead — in plain words rather than internal stage names.

“What have I got open?” Every request on your account with the stage each is at: still being written, out with experts, in delivery, or closed.

If you have one open request it answers about that one without asking. If you have several it names them and asks which you mean.

What it does not do

It reads; it does not write. It cannot add to your requirement document, change it, or approve it — confirming your requirements is still yours to do on the requirements page, and from there they go to review and then to the experts who bid. The assistant will tell you what it would put in a field if you ask, but nothing it says goes onto the record until you put it there.
