The lead workspace shows languages and statuses by name

The lead workspace no longer shows the codes the platform stores behind the scenes:

• Languages: the requirements’ Languages row and the expert match card read “English, Dutch”, not “en, nl”. A match reason reads “Speaks English and German” or “Doesn’t speak German or French”.
• Statuses: an activity entry for a stage change reads the same name as the stage badge at the top of the page. A status from an older version of the platform reads as a label (“Entered Legacy delivery phase”), never as a code.
• Industries: an expert’s industries read exactly as they were entered.
• Smaller lines: risk rows read “Owner:”, and the CSM and SDM assignment reads “Change”.

Customers see their project milestones in their own words: “Underway”, “Held up” and “Not started yet”, with “You” where the milestone is theirs to carry.

Names your team typed, such as company, service and product names, are shown exactly as stored.
