Demo requests are priced from the standard service price list
Every request in the demo tenant used to arrive without a budget. So Revenue Entering Service on the Command Centre read £0, and the walkthrough’s lead still read £0 after its requirements were approved.
Each demo request now names the service it is for. Its budget is that service’s price on the standard list:
| Service | List price |
|---|---|
| Onboarding & Setup | £4,500 |
| Admin & Governance | £3,500 |
| Reporting & Dashboards | £2,800 |
| Automation & Workflows | £3,200 |
| Integration | £5,000 |
| Data Migration | £4,000 |
| Team Training | £2,500 |
| Premium Support | £1,500 a month — £4,500 on a request (three months) |
How a request’s value is worked out has not changed:
- It reads £0 until its requirements are approved.
- From approval, it reads its list price until an expert’s bid counts.
- After that it reads its bids, then the accepted quote.
So the walkthrough’s integration request now reads £5,000 once Hannah approves its requirements. Revenue Entering Service and its register show the list prices of the requests that reached scoping.
The demo tenant is reset every night, so the new values appear on the morning after this change ships.
