Leads from your public form now wait for you before entering the backlog

Your embedded form sits on your own website and anyone can submit to it, so a lead that arrives that way is only ever a claim: whoever filled the form typed the email address, the company and the location, and nothing has confirmed that they are the person they named.

Until now, one of those leads could move itself on. If the named person was later invited and signed in for the first time, everything waiting on their record was treated as confirmed and moved from Pending to your backlog — including a submission they had never made, recorded as though they had.

A lead from the form now stays in Pending until someone moves it. You review it on the leads board and take the ordinary next step when you are satisfied it is real, exactly as you would for anything else sitting there.

Nothing changes for leads entered by hand, uploaded by spreadsheet, or delivered to your inbound webhook. Those came from someone you know, and they still move to your backlog on their own when the customer first signs in.
