Settings are named in plain words, and quiet conversation cards say it once
Admins see each setting on the Settings, SLA, Coverage and Automations tabs by a plain name — for example Days before the customer is sent a follow-up and Days before the assigned CSM is alerted on the gone-cold thresholds. The same name is used when you edit a setting, reset it to its default, and in what a screen reader announces for each button. A setting your organisation added by hand still shows the key it was created with.
CSMs see a conversation card on Go live control with no message yet say Not yet contacted once, in its history line, instead of twice. On a partner card, the follow-up status and the last-contacted time now move onto separate lines when the card is too narrow to hold both, rather than breaking mid-phrase.
