Setup could be confirmed and launched with nothing in it. The workspace came up looking live, and the problem only surfaced later, when someone tried to raise a lead and found there was no product to raise it against.

Two things change.

Setup will not launch an empty workspace. Until the assistant has drafted at least one product, Confirm blueprint stays greyed out and says so. Ask the assistant for a product — describing what you sell is what the conversation is for — and it appears in the panel beside you. Launching turns each product into a service and a skill as well, so one product is enough to get moving.

Your checklist now says what the catalogue is missing. A workspace needs at least one product, two services and two skills before it can take a lead end to end. That is now a requirement on the go-live checklist alongside SLA, roles and the rest, and it names both halves of the gap — what you have and what you are short of, as in 1 product, 1 service, 1 skill — 1 service and 1 skill short — with a link to the page that closes it.

If you skipped setup, you will see the same items on your checklist as someone who went through the assistant. Nothing you can do today stops working: the checklist reports the gap, it does not lock anything, and a workspace already up and running stays exactly as it is.
