The assistant now briefs experts, SDMs and admins before they ask

When you open the assistant as an expert, an SDM or a tenant admin, it speaks first — as it already does for CSMs. The figures are on screen as the page loads, with no question needed, and the assistant’s reading follows underneath.

Experts see their bid pool triaged: each open lead’s verdict and why, your fit, the budget and the days left to bid, and how much of the pool looks worth your time. The reading names the lead worth bidding on now and which to pass on. Buttons open a lead’s bid form or bid page on the platform, or ask what to clarify before you bid.

SDMs see coverage across their pools, worst first, and how many pools no available expert can cover. The reading names the uncovered pool worth your next move. The assistant cannot put a value on uncovered demand and says so — a button opens the platform’s revenue-at-risk figure, where it is valued.

Tenant admins see this month’s assistant spend against the last month that had any, and where the month has gone agent by agent. The reading says where the month lands and what is trimmable. There is no spend limit, so the comparison is always with your own last month, and the assistant changes nothing.

With nothing to show — an empty bid pool, no demand, or no earlier month — the briefing says so plainly. It becomes a saved conversation only when you reply, and the suggested questions above the input now ask the next things worth knowing.
