The demo’s milestone updates are dated when the milestone moved

A demo project’s activity dated its milestone updates on a schedule of its own, apart from the milestones they reported. Read as at a past moment, the activity could say a milestone was complete days before the milestone showed it, and on some projects before the customer had accepted the quote.

Each milestone update on the demo now carries the moment that milestone was completed or started. When one milestone finishes and the next begins, both updates share that moment. The milestones themselves, and every figure the Command Centre shows, are unchanged.
