The assistant now briefs vendors and customers before they ask
Vendors
When you open the assistant as a vendor, it speaks first. As the page loads you see:
- how many leads you sourced in the last 90 days, with the definition behind the figure
- how far those leads got, each counted once at the furthest stage it reached
- the leads that were qualified out, counted apart from the stages
- your lead book as it stands today, with its value per status band
Values are added as they are stored and never converted between currencies, and the figure says so.
Underneath, the assistant gives its reading: where most of the group stopped, which assumption to test first (a newer group has had less time to convert, so it always looks worse), and which band is carrying the most live work. Buttons run the same funnel over another window, list the leads in a band, or open the lead board. If you sourced nothing in the window, the briefing says so and shows your lead book instead.
Customers
When you open Project Discovery, it shows your requests and where each one has got to. If one is still being written, you also see its requirement document: what is recorded, what is still open, and anything worked out rather than said, marked as such.
The reading tells you in plain words what the document still needs and what happens once it is complete. Buttons carry on writing it, show what is missing, show where a request is up to, or open it on the platform. Nothing in the briefing submits anything. If you have no requests yet, it says so and offers the page where you raise one.
For both
The briefing becomes a saved conversation only when you reply to it. The suggested questions above the input now ask the next things worth knowing rather than repeating the briefing’s buttons.
