The demo tenant is now a UK CRM vendor’s world
The demo tenant tells one story, and it is now the one a UK mid-market CRM vendor recognises as its own.
What changed
- Ten English customers that bought Orrery CRM seats — Brightline Events in London, Kinloch Solar in Exeter, Aldermoor Insurance Brokers in Leeds and seven more — each with its licence value, renewal date and a named contact. Every one has work in play, so none reads as churned.
- Six UK-based experts, two of them from partner practices and one on Orrery’s own payroll, each with a seniority, the industries they know, their skills, languages, capacity, day rate and at least one approved Orrery CRM certification. Industries now print on an expert’s profile and on the match card beside their other facts.
- 27 live requests in pounds, across every stage of the service journey, from £2,800 to £9,800 — and a request carries no value until an expert has bid, so the pipeline reads £0 on every new or approved brief, as it should.
- 36 past projects over eighteen months, four of them still waiting for the customer’s rating, so the vendor’s analytics open on a real history.
- A new hero for the guided walk. The walk now follows Brightline Events asking to connect Orrery CRM with HubSpot: a fourteen-turn conversation, a brief released to four experts, three bids, Anders Lindberg’s £8,400 bid becoming quote Q-2026-0141 at £9,240, four milestones with a one-week hold waiting for a HubSpot key, four paid invoices and a 9/10 rating. The at-risk engagement the walk opens is Aldermoor’s blocked renewal reminders.
- Who you sign in as. Enter the demo as the customer and you are Hannah Price; as the expert, Anders Lindberg; as the vendor, Orrery Software with Maya Mercer, VP Customer Success & Services, behind the seat.
The sign-in addresses have not changed — only the people behind them.
