Satisfaction figures show your own currency, and new people start in your organisation’s
Vendors who report in pounds or dollars now see the spend behind their satisfaction figures in that currency — on the metrics page, the customer-experience card on the dashboard and the satisfaction figure page. Before, every amount there was written in euros.
A payment received in a different currency is not added to these figures, because no exchange rate is recorded against it. Instead, the page says how many payments were left out and why, so the coverage figure never quietly speaks for money it did not count.
Admins can now rely on the Default currency setting: anyone newly added to the organisation — by signing up, through a lead form or from a spreadsheet import — starts in that currency, and their quotes are priced in it. People already in the organisation keep their own currency. The setting accepts EUR, USD or GBP.
