CSAT responses open reliably from the CSAT list

Reading what a customer said about a delivered engagement no longer ends in an error page.

What changes for you

• CSMs who open a completed response from CSAT now see its overall score, the score breakdown and any written feedback, rather than “Failed to load CSAT response”.
• The response loads once and appears in one step, without a second loading placeholder.
• Who can see a response is unchanged. A response you are not entitled to still shows as not found, and a customer opening their own outstanding survey still gets the survey form.
