Clearing filters always lands on the cleared list

The service leads list and the users lists remember your search and filters between visits. When you cleared them, that change had to be saved first. If saving failed (an expired session, a dropped connection), the list brought back the filters you had just cleared, or the page showed an error.

Now the list always opens cleared for that visit, whether you use Clear all, remove the last filter chip, or press Clear filters on an empty result. Nothing changes when saving succeeds.
