The actions rail says which stage each group of actions belongs to

The “More actions” rail on a lead already grouped related actions together. Each group now also carries a line saying which stage of the engagement it belongs to — so you can tell at a glance what a group is for, and which one comes first.

What this changes for service delivery managers

While a lead is out to bid, your rail now reads as two steps in order:

• Expert matching — curate who is invited to bid. Override an expert’s match score, or invite an expert into the pool by hand.
• Proposals & bids — decide the bids in the Proposals section below. Go to the bids takes you straight there.

Previously the second group never appeared. Accepting and rejecting bids moved onto each proposal’s own row a short while ago, and nothing was left in the rail to point you at them — so the rail showed match curation and stopped, with no sign that the bid half of the stage existed. Go to the bids is now always there while a lead is out to bid, whether or not any bids have arrived yet.

Nothing about who can do what has changed. Bids are still accepted and rejected from the proposal rows, and the rail still only offers you the actions you hold.
