When you add a service, product or industry for your organisation, it’s now active straight away — ready to pick on a lead or profile without an extra step to switch it on.

• Previously these were created hidden, so you had to open each one and toggle it active before it would show up.
• Existing entries are untouched — anything you’ve already set up keeps its current on/off state.
