The Command Centre reads at a glance

Every card on the Live Service Command Centre now shows its name, one number and, where it helps, one line of context. What a figure counts is in the card’s popover: point at the card or tap the question mark beside its name. The workings and the records behind each number are on the page the card opens.

The cards now follow the order you’d explain them in. Under the three headline figures come At risk, the accounts showing renewal warning signs, then Work entering service, Activation and retention and Experience and health. Top customers comes last. Revenue at Risk appears once, as its headline figure.
