The help centre explains how to bring leads into Sustentus

The help centre’s home page and Integrations page have been rewritten to describe what Sustentus does today.

Bring leads into Sustentus covers the three ways leads arrive besides typing them in:

• From your CRM or automation tool — how an admin issues a webhook key, what to send, and what each reply means.
• From your website — how to switch on the lead form and add it to your site.
• From a spreadsheet — which columns the CSV template needs and how the import works.

Each section says who can use it and where to find it in the app. The old API page now leads to the same guide, since the webhook is the API there is.
