The CSM and SDM dashboards work by keyboard, and sidebar links open in a new tab
The CSM and SDM dashboards now work by keyboard and with a screen reader:
- Filtering blockers by CSM: on the CSM dashboard, select a CSM’s name in the go-live table, with Tab and Enter or with a click, to filter the blockers. The rest of the row no longer filters.
- Nudging: the nudge field and its send button are announced as “Nudge message” and “Send nudge”.
- Account status: a screen reader now reads each account’s red, amber or green status dot as a word.
- Tabs and toggles: the SDM demand tabs and the “My accounts” / “All accounts” toggles tell a screen reader which option is selected.
- Small text: the smallest text on the CSM, SDM and vendor dashboards is now 12px.
Everyone: every entry in the sidebar is now a link, so you can open it in a new tab with a middle-click or Cmd/Ctrl-click. Experts still finishing onboarding see locked entries as before; they don’t open.
